Tea Tips

For best results:

  • Air, sunlight, and heat are the enemies of tea! We recommend storing your tea in a dark airtight container.
  • Water is important. It is suggested to use filtered or spring water free from minerals and chlorine.
  • Need more flavor? Instead of letting the tea steep longer; add more tea. Longer steep times will make the tea taste bitter.
  • It’s best to cover the tea while steeping for more flavor. We recommend our infuser glasses and tea pots with lids.
  • Some people like to rinse their tea cup or pot with warm water and rinse the tea leaves before brewing because they feel it enhances the flavor.
