Brilliant teas and customer service! March 11, 2026 Reviewer: Sindu from Carmel, CA United States   Being Indian myself and having brewed chai with freshly ground cardamom, ginger, cloves and cinnamon my whole life, I never thought a store bought tea  could even come close to replicating that experience. This blend delivers...and how!! The rich flavor simply blew me away and it has now become an integral part of my daily routine!! Cannot do without it and can't recommend it enough! I also got the Jasmine Rose- the scent alone is to die for and the tea is absolutely exquisite!! Would suggest ordering the extra fine tea infuser if you don't have one. Works like a charm and I love that I can set it down on the drip dish when I'm done brewing. The teas arrived lightning fast and I was touched that the owner Mark sent me a sweet, hand-written note to thank me for my first order. He even included some lovely complimentary flavors for me to try. Class act!! Only wish this level of customer service and quality of product could be the norm everywhere. Order from here. Excellent Quality August 11, 2023 Reviewer: Maria Shere from Santa Rosa, CA United States   I have been using these infusers for years and they still look like new. Extra-fine Tea Infuser & Dish Set July 29, 2019 Reviewer: Susan Nielsen from Olympia, WA United States   This infuser is long so that I don't have to fill my travel mug to the top with hot water in order to cover all the tea leaves I place into the infuser.  The tiny holes in the infuser prevent pieces of tea leaf or tea dust ending up in my drink. it fits nicely into narrow mugs and wide ones because it has a lip on the opposite side of the handle that accommodates all size mugs.  It's the best tea infusing I have ever owned and I've been a tea drinker for 60 years.
