This caffeine free blend from Tea & Trumpets is refreshing and crisp. It combines a blend of premium spearmint leaves, lemon peel, and lemongrass. Traditionally, spearmint has been used to reduce nausea and other stomach problems. Try it iced for a cool treat.

Steep 1-2 teaspoons for 4 minutes in 8 ounces of boiled water.

I'd been buying so many boxes of Organic Mint Citrus at Oliver's that I decided to go a more economical route and buy loose leaf tea. Pros: Tastes fresher and more flavorful, lets me make bigger or smaller batches, is a lot cheaper. Cons: Unless I'm using fill-at-home tea bags, every strainer I've used lets through a significant amount of loose sediment, more than any loose leaf tea I've previously used. Most of it settles to the bottom of the cup, but not all. I brew at 195F and the taste is super smooth. I drink this stuff all day when I'm not drinking caffeinated tea. Highly recommended.
