Once the leaves are picked they undergo decaffeination through a carbon dioxide rinse. This process maintains tea flavors and antioxidant levels so you're not missing out by switching to decaf! *All of our decaffeinated teas are decaffeinated using carbon dioxide, the only certified organic method. This process maintains tea flavor and antioxidant levels.

Steeping: Steep 2 teaspoons for 2-4 minutes in 8 ounces of water at 185° degrees.
Careful! Steeping your green tea with boiling water may elevate tannin levels, leading to a potential increase in bitterness.

Awesome customer service!!

We buy this for making cold brew iced tea and it never disappoints.

We make the tea in a dozen 32oz. Mason jars for the week. This tea never gets cloudy or bitter. Tastes as good on Friday as it did on Monday.

Highly recommend Tea and Trumpets for all your tea needs.
