A close cousin to rooibos. If you're looking for a tea with a similar earthy flavor, but with a sweeter finish, Honey Bush is the perfect choice! This naturally caffeine free red tea comes from South Africa and has a light woody and slight honey flavor.

Steeping: Steep 2 teaspoons for 6 minutes in 8 ounces of water brought to a rolling boil.

This is a very "light" tea. You need more loose product than you'd use with black tea and I would even let it steep a tad longer. I love the wood notes reminiscent of pine, not in any Lapsang way but truly subtle. Without caffeine it is an easy "hot beverage" to offer to your friends or have it all to yourself.
