Beautiful and floral! March 11, 2024 Reviewer: Amanda from Sonoma County   This tea has a very strong floral smell with high notes of chamomile.  I love how the loose leaf includes full flowers and petals instead of crushed pieces. Getting Excellent Sleep Score in less than a week! January 1, 2021 Reviewer: Lara Butler from Tampa, FL   I have had a circadian rhythm problem for years while trying to solve Leaky Gut. Now that I'm better, I have had trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. A friend sent me 3 Dreams Sleep Tea as rescue. I was skeptical because I've tried many teas over the years with no discernible benefit. Melatonin didn't help by itself, either. This tea is amazing! After 3 nights, I am sleeping SO much better.
